During his visit to Benin, Prime Minister Justin Nsengiyumva held discussions with Rwandans living in the country about their contribution to national development.
The Prime Minister said the diaspora remains a key partner in Rwanda’s growth and urged community members to strengthen economic and social ties between Rwanda and Benin.
He praised their efforts in promoting Rwanda’s image internationally and encouraged them to explore opportunities in business and investment created by the growing relationship between the two countries.
Relations between Rwanda and Benin continue to expand through cooperation in trade, economic development, and people-to-people exchanges.
